USPS just released their contract solicitation that is due Monday\, June 1st. The chosen Mediators will conduct mediations utilizing both the transformative and facilitative mediation styles and facilitate settlement agreements for the United States Postal Service’s ADR Program (EEO) Resolve Employment Disputes Reach Equitable Solutions Swiftly (REDRESS) and Employee Labor Relations Manual (ELM) 650 mediations \nIn order to become a USPS Mediator your proposal must specifically address the entire solicitation and meet the minimum required score before you can move to the next requirement of successfully completing their USPS Mediator Transformative and Facilitative Skills Training Class and non-sensitive security clearance. Responding to a solicitation requires more than just submitting your resume but knowing how to specifically respond to the entire solicitation. \nBoth Dorian Morley\, Federal EEO Mediator/Sr. EEO Advisor and Wanda M.
