Attention all Workplace Mediators! USPS just released their contract solicitation that is due Monday, June 1st. The chosen Mediators will conduct mediations utilizing both the transformative and facilitative mediation styles and facilitate settlement agreements for the United States Postal Service’s ADR Program (EEO) Resolve Employment Disputes Reach Equitable Solutions Swiftly (REDRESS) and Employee Labor Relations Manual (ELM) 650 mediations
In order to become a USPS Mediator your proposal must specifically address the entire solicitation and meet the minimum required score before you can move to the next requirement of successfully completing their USPS Mediator Transformative and Facilitative Skills Training Class and non-sensitive security clearance. Responding to a solicitation requires more than just submitting your resume but knowing how to specifically respond to the entire solicitation.

Johnson, President/CEO & Mediator, PREEMPT will conduct a Special Mediator Proposal Coaching session to help you properly respond to the USPS solicitation and meet the minimum required score so that you can advance to the next step of the USPS requirements. Once you register, you will receive the Zoom link and then we will send you an invoice via Pay Pal in the amount of $279 (customer) or $299 (non-customer) that must be paid before noon time Tuesday, May 12th or your registration will be cancelled.
