Review assigned materials covering the above description, and after completing your review, meet with a Biz of EEO-HR Training Coach to discuss your strategy for conducting your live Zoom presentation.
Part II: Mock Assignment-Personalized Coaching, Live Presentation, and Business Development
- One-on-One Training Assessment
Meet with your coach to assess your background, presentation style, and comfort level. Identify your strengths and areas to develop. - Live Training Presentation and Feedback
Deliver a one-hour training presentation via Zoom to your coach using the provided training presentation packet. Following your presentation, receive individualized feedback, practical coaching tips, and answers to your questions. - Marketing and Branding Guidance
After receiving your certificate, meet with your coach for additional guidance on developing your marketing and branding strategy, attracting customers, and growing your EEO-HR training business.

Additional one-on-one training coaching services are available upon request.
