Susan van den Broek is a Senior EEO Counselor/Investigator & Digital Content Advisor with more than 25 years of progressively responsible experience in the EEO and Digitizing industries. During Susan’s tenure with PREEMPT and Kaufmann & Brick, LLC, Susan has been responsible for overseeing all projects where documents are converted from print format to portable document format (PDF), bookmarked, paginated, bates stamped and subsequently merged into digital files for transmittal to various federal agencies in accordance with Federal EEOC MD 110 requirements. In addition, Susan has extensive experience as a Project Manager, Senior EEO Investigator and Paralegal. Finally, Susan has received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Bucknell University, has completed Mediation, HR and Management training and is Certified as a Paralegal, Federal EEO Counselor and Investigator.
