CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Wal-Mart Stores East, LP, will pay $175,000 and furnish other relief to settle disability discrimination lawsuits brought by the U.S. Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC) against three Walmart retail stores located in Statesville, Henderson, and Raleigh, North Carolina.  Today the EEOC announced the resolution of three lawsuits filed to correct the unlawful practice of failing to provide intermittent leave as a reasonable accommodation:
