32-hour Human Resources (HR) Investigator Certification Course

We have received rave reviews about our prior HR Management Inquiry Investigation Webinar and decided to create the new course because this is a much more robust 32-hour course similar to our other 32 hour EEO investigator/counselor courses where you will receive instructor led feedback, documents, etc., for both parts (IP/ROI) that is really necessary to become a better HR investigator. During the course, you will receive detailed materials and one on one coaching from our Biz of EEO-HR expert Dorian Morley on how to conduct an HR Investigation. As such, you will learn the nuances of conducting a thorough investigation based on the limited scope related to HR management concerns, etc. Also, we will provide sample documents that you will be able to use in the future when you receive your first case.

Because these investigations are not governed by Title VII, they are much less intense than regular Title VII EEO investigations so you will be able to complete the investigation quicker and thereby receive payment faster. Our Biz of EEO expert Dorian Morley has conducted numerous HR investigations, including HR management inquiries over her career and looks forward to sharing her special knowledge with you.
