BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Quality Restaurant Concepts, LLC (QRC), owner and operator of approximately 60 Applebee’s-branded restaurants across the southeastern U.S., will pay $270,000 and provide other relief to settle a sexual harassment, constructive discharge and retaliation lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced today.
