
Eligibility Terms:
- Must register and attend in person our Biz of EEO Community Meet up Event-Atlantic City, July 29th, 2026; 1:30 pm.
- Must be a Certified 32-hour Federal EEO Investigator/Counselor
- Must provide proof of certification(s)
- Must complete a W9 Federal Tax Form with your name & EIN or SSN for Tax reporting purposes.
- Must be able to receive cash payment via EFT.
- Must not be related to any PREEMPT, Inc., team member. Government and other employees, please check with employer if you plan to enter.
- You may apply for both the Investigator & Counselor awards if you hold both certifications.
- Send us Separate Essays Written in Your Own Words (500 words or less per essay-NOT AI), Why You Deserve to be Chosen as the PREEMPT-Biz of EEO-Investigator and/ or Counselor of the Year & What Title VII, CRA means to You.
- Essay is due by Monday, July 13th, 5:00pm ET; send your completed essay to: information@preemptcorp.com. The winners will be notified by Monday, July 20th.
- All cash and gifts must be claimed/completed within 6 months or will be forfeited.
